About Georgina
Born and raised in Toronto's west-end Swansea neighbourhood, and now raising a family of her own in the Junction, Georgina knows - and loves - this city inside and out. Georgina's passion for real estate began when she purchased her first home in the height of the mid 2000's bidding wars without going into competition. When selling that house for well over asking and successfully purchasing her forever home, her agent was so impressed that she encouraged Georgina to become a realtor herself. Georgina got her license in 2024 and hit the ground running combining her neighbourhood knowledge with a natural talent for the industry.
Georgina holds an undergraduate and Master's degree in Sociology from Queen's University, as well as a Bachelor of Community Health Sciences in Midwifery from TMU (formerly Ryerson University). Prior to shifting into real estate, Georgina worked as a Registered Midwife in the GTA. Through this intimate and rewarding work with hundreds of families, Georgina has developed a keen sense of compassion and intuition, and has honed her ability to really listen to people's wants and needs and prioritize those preferences.
Georgina has a long history of community involvement and savours being an active member in various local initiatives. As an avid hockey player, she hasn’t just sponsored leagues and a team— she's also stepped up as a volunteer coach, sharing her skills and love for the game with others. When she's not driving her kids to and from games, lessons or art class, you can find her at Vine Ave Park in the Junction. If it's winter, she'll be tending to the natural ice rink that she spearheaded there a decade ago and if it's spring, summer or fall, she'll be in one of the three pollinator gardens she planted and cares for. When she's not working, with her kids or in the park, Georgina loves to spend time at home with her husband and enjoys cooking and playing fiddle.
