About Kristofer
Kristofer lives and breathes west end real estate. As the most senior agent on the Babiak Team with over a decade of experience as a Realtor, he has guided clients through hundreds of transactions ranging from condos to luxury homes, development and multi-family investment properties. His many happy clients include first-time buyers, downsizers, investors, landlords, builders and developers. Kris has deep roots in west end Toronto and a strong commitment to the community. He supports youth sports teams, a neighbourhood garden, a number of local charities, school fundraisers and rides annually in the Cycle 4 St. Joe’s. In his spare time, Kris enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, playing hockey and fishing at the family cottage.
