About Stephanie

Stephanie Martin has been an agent on the Babiak Team for over a decade. With a longstanding love of real estate, experience in renovating her own character homes, and a keen desire to listen to her clients and deliver on their key requirements, she has worked diligently over the years to thoughtfully advise and assist numerous happy buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Stephanie’s most fulfilling reward in real estate is a satisfied client.

Growing up in Bloor West Village / High Park, Stephanie attended the same local schools that her children now attend. She loves her neighbourhood and volunteering with her son’s soccer team, at her childrens’ school, and as a Director on the Bloor West Nursery School board. When not on showings or working to negotiate the next real estate deal, she can be found exploring the city or cottage country with her family - hubby John, kids Nolan and Elyse, and their joyful young pup Kieva. Stephanie’s favourite place to be is outside in nature with her family. Her favourite activities include discovering new hiking trails, cross-country skiing, skating on one of her homemade lake ice rinks (the bigger, the better!), and canoeing - her canoe has seen waters from the Humber and Don Rivers to northern Ontario. Stephanie holds a BA from the University of Alberta and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
